DIALLING DOWN THE NOISE

No Whatsapp or Facebook groups. No pressure. Deliberately designed for you to take 90 intentional minutes to be present with members.

We live in a world where the loudest voices are rewarded, and the quieter, thoughtful leaders get overlooked.

We see you, and The Insightful Leader Club was made for you.

For many women, building a business can feel like swimming against the tide. The pressure to be louder, more visible and constantly online can leave thoughtful leaders feeling as though they are working against their natural strengths rather than with them.

Amanda and Sarah found themselves following advice about they "should" be doing to grow their respective businesses - be more visible, create more content, make more noise.

But instead of finding rhythm and flow, they found themselves forcing a version of leadership that didn't reflect who they are, and it was exhausting.

So rather than change, they decided to create the type of community they had been searching for.

Meet your hosts, Amanda & Sarah

The pair met by chance at a Body Shop party more than 12 year ago and quickly discovered shared values that would become the foundation of a lasting friendship.

Over the past two years, those values have been tested.

In early 2024 Amanda lost her successful business overnight when The Body Shop at Home closed. She now works as a network marketing specialist and mentor, drawing on her years of experience in the direct selling industry, and helping others build sustainable businesses with confidence and authenticity.

Earlier this year, Sarah left her career in fundraising after experiencing emotional burnout. She now runs a writing business working with organisations to tell their stories with clarity and impact, while also supporting children, young people and adults to use creative writing as a tool for well being and self-expression.

Is The Insightful Leaders Club right for me?

Who is The Insightful Leaders Club for?

The Insightful Leaders Club is for quietly confident women in leadership, business and professional roles who value thoughtful conversation, reflection and meaningful connection. Whether you're leading a team, running your own business or shaping change within your organisation, you'll find a community of like-minded women who are curious, supportive and committed to continuous learning. Our approach is intentionally different, creating space for reflection, shared learning and authentic relationships, rather than traditional networking or sales-focused events.

What makes The Insightful Leaders Club different?

The Insightful Leaders Club has been intentionally designed to offer something different from traditional networking groups or professional memberships. Rather than focusing on visibility, promotion or constant online interaction, we prioritise thoughtful conversation, reflective practice and genuine connection within a consistent cohort. From guided meditation and journalling prompts to agendas shared in advance, carefully curated guest speakers and the absence of WhatsApp groups and recorded meetings, every aspect of the membership is designed to create the space, focus and psychological safety for meaningful conversations and lasting personal and professional growth.

Is there an opportunity to experience a meeting before committing?

Yes. From September to November 2026, we're offering a three-month trial for £75, giving you the opportunity to experience The Insightful Leaders Club before deciding whether to join the full 12-month membership. If you join in October or November, the fee will be reduced on a pro-rata basis. At the end of the trial, you'll be invited to join at the Founding Member rate should you wish to continue.

Membership

Is The Insightful Leaders Club a pay-as-you-go membership?

No. Membership is a 12-month commitment, with monthly meetings throughout the year. Each cohort follows a fixed schedule, allowing members to build trusted relationships without people joining and leaving throughout the year. If your circumstances change during your membership, please speak to us. We'll always do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution while respecting the commitment made to your cohort.

How many people are in each cohort?

Each cohort is limited to a maximum of 20 members, creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to contribute, be heard and build meaningful relationships over time. Keeping our groups intentionally small encourages deeper conversations, stronger connections and a more personal membership experience.

What do I get with my membership?

Your membership is designed to give you the space, structure and support to learn, reflect and build meaningful connections. You'll receive your programme and meeting agendas in advance, thoughtfully curated online meetings with our signature guided meditation, reflective journalling prompts, engaging discussion, and a Reflections & Insights Guide after each session with key takeaways and recommended sources for further learning. You'll also have the opportunity to apply to be a guest speaker within your own cohort (or another where your expertise is a good fit).

What is the Founding Member rate?

Founding Membership is £360 per year, payable monthly (£30), quarterly (£90), or annually (£300), giving you 12 months for the price of 10. Future members will join at the standard rate of £480 per year (£40 per month), or £400 when paid annually. The Founding Member rate is intended to remain with you for as long as your membership continues. If exceptional circumstances require us to review our pricing, we'll always be transparent and give plenty of notice. If you leave and rejoin at a later date, the standard membership rate will apply.

Meetings

What can I expect from a meeting?

Expect a calm, supportive space to pause, reflect and connect with other quietly confident women in leadership, business and professional roles. Each session begins with a guided meditation and journalling prompts before moving into facilitated conversations where members share experiences, challenges and insights. Once each quarter, you'll also hear from a carefully selected guest speaker whose expertise reflects the interests and needs of the community.

Will I know the discussion theme beforehand?

Yes. You'll receive the discussion theme and agenda the week before each meeting, giving you plenty of time to reflect, prepare and gather your thoughts before the discussion.

Do I have to speak during meetings?

Not at all. While we encourage everyone to contribute, there's no expectation to speak if you'd prefer not to. You might choose to share your thoughts during the discussion, contribute through the chat, or simply listen and reflect. What's most important is that you participate in the way that feels most comfortable and valuable to you.

Are meetings recorded?

No. We intentionally don't record our meetings because we believe the quality of conversation, reflection and connection is strengthened when people feel able to participate openly and authentically. Instead, you'll receive a Reflections & Insights Guide after each session, capturing key themes, takeaways and further learning resources.

What if I can't attend a meeting?

Where possible, you may be able to attend another cohort's session as a one-off, subject to availability and the facilitators' discretion. Although cohorts generally follow the same programme, every conversation is unique to the members in the room. As there are only four guest speaker sessions each year, it's unlikely that the same guest speaker will appear in another cohort.

Community

How do members stay connected between sessions?

We intentionally don't have official WhatsApp or Facebook groups. Rather than adding another stream of notifications, we create space between meetings for reflection and applying your learning. We know that meaningful relationships often continue beyond our sessions, and members are welcome to stay in touch in ways that feel natural to them. We simply ask everyone to be mindful of individual communication preferences, particularly when connecting through personal social media channels.

Guest speakers

How do I apply to be a guest speaker?

If you have an experience, insight or idea that could educate, inspire or encourage others, we'd love to hear from you. Guest speaker sessions are an opportunity to broaden knowledge, challenge thinking and support the wellbeing of the community, not to promote products or services. If you'd like to apply, simply email us with your proposed topic and we'll be in touch.

Can I recommend a guest speaker who isn't a member?

Absolutely. If you know someone with expertise, lived experience or a perspective that would genuinely benefit our members, you're welcome to nominate them. We carefully review every recommendation to ensure it aligns with our values and the needs of the community.

Is there a charge to speak?

No, guest speaker opportunities are offered by invitation or through our member nomination process. We don't charge people to speak, as our focus is on creating meaningful learning experiences rather than providing promotional opportunities.
